Workshop on U.S. Culture and Education named "Study in the U.S."

For the purpose of providing students with information on scholarship programs, educational exchange opportunities with U.S., visa application procedures and visa interviewing experience, the Department of Student Affairs of Ton Duc Thang University will organize the workshop on "Study in the U.S." with specific information as follows:

Content:

  • Introduction to the U.S. education system and things to repair when planning to study in the U.S.;
  • Steps to apply for a visa, how to prepare for a visa interview, some common misconceptions that should be avoided;
  • Introduction to the library services, internship programs at the U.S. Embassy, English language programs and career development programs;
  • American Challenge" thinking activity stimulates students’ creativity and problem-solving skills.

  • Representative of the U.S. Embassy in Ho Chi Minh City;
  • Representative of EducationUSA
  • Representative of the American Center.
