The annual teachers’ meeting for Semester 1 of the Academic Year 2021-2022

On the morning of October 31, 2021, Creative Language Center (CLC) of Ton Duc Thang University organized the annual teachers’ meeting for Semester 1 of the Academic Year 2021-2022. This is an activity to inform all lecturers of the previous semester’s results and share updated information regarding the new semester.

The attendees included Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Sy, the Center’s manager, Mr. Bui Huu Toan, Head of the Department of Testing and Quality Assessment, Mr. Ca Phu Phat and Ms. Pham Thi Kim Diep, representatives of the Department of Undergraduate Studies and more than 100 lecturers of the Center.

On behalf of the University, Mr. Toan congratulated the Center's achievements. Despite the global impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, the Center always tries its best to adapt to the current conditions and fulfill its role and mission in teaching online. In addition, he highly appreciated the role of the Center in the University’s development goals and strategies as well as expressed his hope that the Center will always maintain and promote its role in the future.

During the meeting, the Center provided necessary updates for each program such as the adjustment in the final tests of some levels. The Center also introduced Reflective Reading, which is one of the contents in the curriculum for students of the Inspire English program who are studying English 2 and above with the purpose of practicing reading skills through the Library system.

With the support of the lecturers and staff, TDT CLC hopes to achieve its goals in the Academic Year 2021-2022.
