Frequently Asked Questions

1. I checked attendance incorrectly, but the system does not allow corrections after the day has passed. What should I do?

Answer: You are advised to provide detailed information including the student’s name, the date to be corrected, and class details as well as any evidence to Ms. Le Thi Viet Hang through her email lethiviethang@tdtu.edu.vn for resolution.

2. How should I mark a student’s attendance when he/she asks me for permission to be absent?

Answer: Students must directly contact the office at E0012 for further clarification. They are not allowed to attend a make-up class in another class without submitting a request form and obtaining approval from the Center. If a student needs to attend a make-up class, they must submit the form including valid reasons at the office (E0012).

3. Am I allowed to approve a student’s request to attend a make-up class in another class?

Answer: It is best to guide the student to contact the office at E0012 for advice and support. The teacher should only mark the student as present if he/she attends the class. Otherwise, the student’s absence or tardiness should be recorded according to the actual situation.
