WeGrow's 2nd recruitment interview

On March 7th, there was the second round- an interview session to recruit new members for the WeGrow group.

The interviewers were welcoming and enthusiastic about meeting potential new candidates, and the interviewees themselves were equally excited about the opportunity to get involved.

During the interview, we discussed the interviewee's motivations for joining the group and their past experiences working with English learners. They also had the chance to demonstrate their communication skills by participating in mock conversation activities.
