Step 1: Log in to the Student Portal via your TDTU account
Step 2: Choose section “Đào tạo” -> Tab 5 “Điểm danh chuyên cần CLC”
Step 3: Choose section “For student” -> Choose the right semester and class, then the result will be displayed as below.

1. Submission of the online forms
Access the Student Portal and click on “Online Form Submission” section.
Note: There is a specified period open for any online form submission.Step 1: Select the form type “Make-up Class Registration Form due to Schedule Conflicts (English)” and then click on “Create a new submission”
Step 2: Carefully read the instructions and important notes before submitting the form.
Step 3: Fill in all the required information in the form and attach any evidence, if applicable.
2. Post-approval process
Once the form is approved and the make-up class is confirmed, PRINT the approved form, sign your name, take the make-up session, and then submit it (with the teacher’s confirmation) to the admin staff in charge in Room E0012.

ANNOUNCEMENT
Make-up classes and make-up tests for students at TDT CLC
1. General information:
1.1. Participants:
- Make-up classes: for students who study English at CLC and whose absence does not exceed 30% of the whole course.
- Make-up tests: for students who study English at CLC and are absent from the progress test dates (Speaking and Writing tests).
1.2. Fees for make-up classes/tests:
- Make-up classes: 1,100,000 VND/3 periods for IELTS classes; 850,000 VND/3 periods for A2, B1 and TOEIC classes.
- Make-up tests: 300,000 VND/1 progress test (Speaking, Writing).
1.3. Registration Procedure:
- Step 1:
Make-up classes:
Submit a make-up class form which can be downloaded here, the schedule and proof (for those taking make-up sessions without paying fees as per notes in Section 2) at Room E0012.
Make-up tests:
Proceed to Room E0012 and provide information including Full name - Student ID - Group number - Request.
- Step 2: Pay fees at Room E0012.
- Step 3: Receive results via email within 7 days after the date of submission (excluding Saturday and Sunday).
2. Notes:
- In cases of force majeure, students do not have to pay the fee if there are sessions corresponding with their absence:
+ Funeral of relatives such as parents or siblings;
+ Hospitalization due to serious illness;
+ Schedule conflicts with other courses and exams organized by Ton Duc Thang University;
+ Local authorities summons.
- If the make-up classes/tests have been successfully arranged, but the student does not attend, fees will not be refunded.
- The registration of make-up classes/tests must be done by the end of the course.

Self-study materials are compiled by the Creative Language Center to help students access additional resources for independent learning and improving their English skills. The available materials include three programs: Cambridge A2 KEY, B1 Preliminary, and IELTS.
Steps to access:
- Step 1: Choose the program to access the materials:

- Step 2: Log in with your student account to continue.
- Step 3: Enter the enrolment key (sent via email at the start of each class commencement).
- Step 4: Use the materials for self-study.

1. I want to be guided on make-up classes.
Answer: You may find the procedure at: https://clc.tdtu.edu.vn/absence-and-make-up-class
2. I want to ask about the deadline for submitting a make-up class request form.
Answer: For make-up classes due to schedule conflicts, submit your online request form at least 3 days before the conflicting schedule or as per the general announcement. For paid make-up classes, please complete the procedure before the class ends.
3. Can my friend and I attend a make-up class together to share the fee?
Answer: It is only possible if both of you missed the same lesson content.
4. How do I write a request for a make-up exam?
Answer: You only need to contact the office at E0012 to register for a make-up exam and pay the fee. Submitting a request is unnecessary.
5. What should I do if the teacher marked my attendance incorrectly?
Answer: If the class has not ended yet, report directly to the teacher, providing evidence (if any) and a detailed description of the class session you attended so the teacher can correct your attendance accordingly. If the class has already ended, report it via email to clc@tdtu.edu.vn for support.
