Ton Duc Thang University: Confirming Its New Position in the UI GreenMetric World University Rankings

According to the latest impressive results from the UI GreenMetric World University Rankings 2024, TDTU is proud to be ranked 87^th out of 1,477 educational institutions participating in the assessment.

This is a clear demonstration of the University’s constant efforts in building a modern, friendly, and natural learning and working environment, while ensuring long-term sustainable development.

Impressive numbers

Total ranking score in 2024: 8,550 points, not only an increase of 125 points compared to 2023 but also an impressive increase of up to 3,323 points compared to 2016, marking a strong step forward since the University began its journey to join the UI GreenMetric Rankings.

Ranking in 2024: Increased from 91/8,425 (2023) to 87/8550 (2024). The University is firmly in the Top 100 most sustainable universities in the world.

Global expansion: The number of educational institutions participating in the ranking has increased from 515 in 2016 to 1,477 in 2024, reflecting the increasing attractiveness and level of competition. In the development flow of global education, the University has maintained stability and made continuous efforts, proudly maintaining its position in the international rankings.

Energy and Climate Change: Scoring 1,800/2,100 points, the University demonstrates a strong commitment to the application of renewable energy and the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions.
