Ton Duc Thang University welcomed students back to school

On February 21, 2022, Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU) welcomed students back to face-to-face learning after a long period of online learning due to the impact of the COVID-19 epidemic.

On the return day, TDTU campus was filled with colors and many activities were held to welcome students. Safe Covid-19 prevention is still a top priority. Everyone has been complying with the 5K rule, and adapting to the new normal to ensure the health of themselves and the community.

In order to combine onsite and online teaching and learning, the University has implemented many solutions such as giving the priority to face to face teaching for practice courses; arranging theory and practice classrooms to ensure social distancing; and preparing self-study areas for students.

To have first-day-back-to-school photos, many students took advantage of capturing photos at arranged places inside the campus to share on their personal pages.

Sharing about feelings when going back to school for face-to-face learning, Dang Khuong - Student of the Faculty of Foreign Languages said: “This is a very special feeling, unlike the feeling of the first day of school after matriculation. The feeling is deeper this time, when seeing friends, lecturers and classrooms. I hope the epidemic will pass quickly so that I can enjoy the student life more fully.”

Many lecturers also took photos with students happily. The schoolyard in the morning became warmer after many days of silence.
