Workshop “From AI to Insight: Evolving English Teaching” – Exploring AI applications in English language education

On the afternoon of November 25, 2025, TDT Creative Language Center (TDT CLC) successfully organized the workshop “From AI to Insight: Evolving English Teaching”.

The workshop provided an opportunity for lecturers to explore the potential and limitations of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in English language teaching, connect technology with modern pedagogy, and innovate teaching methods toward a more learner-centered approach.

During the workshop, Mr. Le Nguyen Nhu Anh presented the topic “Applying AI Tools in English Language Teaching”, sharing practical examples of how digital tools, especially the Edtech Corner, can enhance teaching effectiveness and foster reflective thinking among learners. Following this, Dr. John Michael Villar Faller delivered a presentation on “Reflective Pedagogy and Research-Based Practice”, focusing on how data and educational research can be applied to improve teaching and learning quality in the context of technological advancement and AI integration.

Both presentations offered valuable, practical insights and inspiration for educators seeking to integrate AI effectively and purposefully into their teaching practices.

The workshop took place in an open and professional atmosphere, concluding with a lively discussion and Q&A session that sparked many new ideas for incorporating AI and learning analytics into language teaching and research.
