On November 20, 2024, as part of the program celebrating the 42nd anniversary of Vietnamese Teachers’ Day (November 20, 1982 – November 20, 2024), Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU) held a ceremony to announce and present the Appointment Decision for Dr. Nguyen Ngoc Son, Dean of the Faculty of Law at TDTU, to the position of Vice President for the term 2021–2026.
On November 19, 2024, the TDT Creative Language Center celebrated Teachers' Day with a heartwarming gathering that united all the dedicated lecturers and staff. The evening was filled with joy, engaging activities, and a delightful dinner, making it a memorable occasion to honor the invaluable contributions of our lecturers.
Aims:
Creative Language Center organizes free mock exams for English proficiency tests such as IELTS, B1 Preliminary (PET), B2 First (FCE), and more for Ton Duc Thang University students. These exams provide students with the opportunity to experience various computer-based English tests, assess their language proficiency, and develop a specific study and practice plan, as well as make informed decisions regarding official English language exams.
The proficiency tests will be held monthly.

On November 8, 2024, the English Zone Special Event “Popcorn Pals” was a delightful celebration of classic literature and cinematic art, bringing students together for an immersive experience that highlighted the charm of the Victorian era.
Attendees were captivated by the timeless romance and wit of Jane Austen's story, and they actively performed a traditional Victorian dance, adding a unique touch of authenticity to the event.
On October 31, 2024, we gathered for an unforgettable Funky Friday event “Haunted Hall” filled with chills, thrills, and plenty of Halloween fun! From spooky decorations to eerie music, the atmosphere was electrifying!
The highlight of the night was our costume fashion show, where creativity truly shone. It was amazing to see everyone’s unique outfits! And let’s not forget the hilarious games that kept us laughing all night long. Until next year, keep the Halloween magic alive!
