1. General information about the exam:
Candidates: students studying English foundation courses in need.
Exam format: In-person exam at the University.
Language and test content: according to the test on the English Proficiency Assessment System under the international standards of Ton Duc Thang University.
Expected exam date: December 1, 2024.

1. Qualifications:
- Native English speakers from countries such as the UK, Australia, the US, etc.: Must hold a Master’s degree or higher, along with a recognized international qualification certificate in teaching English language (TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, DELTA, etc.) and at least 3 years of English teaching experience (Teaching experience in higher education institutions preferred).
- Non-native English speakers must meet one of the following criteria:
+ Hold a Master’s degree in English Pedagogy or higher
Aims:
Creative Language Center organizes free mock exams for English proficiency tests such as IELTS, B1 Preliminary (PET), B2 First (FCE), and more for Ton Duc Thang University students. These exams provide students with the opportunity to experience various computer-based English tests, assess their language proficiency, and develop a specific study and practice plan, as well as make informed decisions regarding official English language exams.
The proficiency tests will be held monthly.

The Funky Friday "Fairy Fun" event that took place on September 27, 2024, was a magical and enjoyable gathering of the TDTU. Students relived the allure of fairy tales and relished traditional folk activities, creating an electrifying atmosphere.
The interactive storytelling and activities were a standout feature of the event, as they elicited creativity and joy in all attendees. These cultural treasures and timeless tales left participants with a deeper appreciation, memories, and smiles.
On September 27, 2024, the 2nd Vietnam Workers and State Employees Football Tournament 2024 was officially opened at the stadium of Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU).
On September 26th, 2024, Creative Language Center - Ton Duc Thang University successfully hosted an insightful online workshop titled "Applications of Usage-based Theories in Second Language Teaching." This event drew a diverse group of university lecturers dedicated to enhancing their teaching methodologies for English as a foreign language.

- Undergraduate degree (Pass with Credit or higher) in one of the following majors: English, English Language, English Language Teacher Education, English Literature, Applied Linguistics, Theory & Methodology of English Language Teaching, British-American Literature, or equivalent.
On September 17, 2024, the “Crafting Your Narratives” workshop was held successfully with more than 100 participants. The workshop provided students with fresh perspectives and effective strategies to confidently approach the Cambridge B1 Preliminary (PET) writing exam.
Special appreciation is extended to Ms. Do Thien Thanh for sharing her invaluable insights and expertise. Her practical tips and guidance have truly made a difference for all attendees.
